You attend ReformerX classes, experience different training styles, meet different instructors and gradually discover what works best for you.

02 — Certification
Turn your passion into professional know-how.
Complete the ASI Reformer Pilates Instructor Certification – Level 1 directly at the ReformerX studio. You already know the studio as a client. You know the Merrithew MPX Essential Reformers you train on. This time, you experience them from the other side.
You will learn the principles of Pilates MAT & Reformer, proper technique, body mechanics and the fundamentals of working with clients — giving you the knowledge and confidence to move from practising Reformer Pilates to teaching it safely and professionally.
Upon successful completion, you will receive an international certification from the Australia Sports Institute.

03 — Instructor
Turn your certification into a new career — full-time or part-time.
Once certified, you can begin your professional journey as a Reformer Pilates instructor. You can become part of the growing ReformerX network, gain hands-on experience with real clients and continue developing professionally.
And there is an advantage to starting somewhere you already know. ReformerX is where you began as a client. You know the people behind the brand, the studio environment, the Merrithew equipment and the standards you are becoming part of.
Or take your qualification with you and pursue opportunities at other Reformer and Pilates studios — in the Czech Republic or abroad.

ASI Pilates MAT & Reformer — Level 1
Become a certified Reformer Pilates instructor
Three intensive days that can become the first step towards a new professional path. Pilates MAT & Reformer Level 1 is a professional certification program focused on the fundamental principles of Pilates, MAT and Reformer technique, and the foundations of working with clients safely and professionally.
The certification takes place directly at ReformerX and is internationally backed by the Australia Sports Institute (ASI). ReformerX is the exclusive provider of this certification in the Czech Republic. Upon successful completion, you will receive an international certificate from the Australia Sports Institute, confirming your completion of the Pilates MAT & Reformer Level 1 program.
The program consists of 3 intensive days — Friday, Saturday and Sunday — combining theory with hands-on practice on Merrithew MPX Essential Reformers. The training is available in both Czech and English, and after registration you will receive a study e-book to help you prepare before the certification weekend.
The program is designed for anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of Pilates, strengthen their knowledge of its principles, or take the first professional step towards becoming a Reformer Pilates instructor. You don't need to know exactly where the certification will take you yet. It can deepen your practice — or become the beginning of an entirely new career.
